bathroom storage dismissive staff
the room was acceptably clean with standard bedding.
The lack of vibrancy in the area was less than stellar. upon arrival, i found the bathroom storage area blocked. they suggested i try the room for another day. This felt dismissive.

comfy beds breakfast selection onsite parking
i found the family room spacious. it easily accommodated the four of us, and the beds were really comfy. the breakfast selection fueled us up for our daily adventures! onsite parking was also a HUGE plus, especially in this area.
the lifts were a bit small and made it hard to turn my wheelchair around.

clean room helpful staff convenient location
i found the location convenient near tube and bus stops staff members were consistently helpful and cute the room was very super clean and cozy breakfast offered a good selection of choices plus the onsite restaurant proved to be a convenient dining alternative for me
the parking was poorly signposted i found it difficult to locate and access

solid stay, good location!
room upgrade super clean room easy access
I got a room upgrade at check-in. the room was super clean and well-kept. the breakfast selection was plentiful and satisfying. the kilburn park underground station was only a short walk, maybe six minutes. This provided easy access to various parts of the city. i found a tesco express nearby, too, convenient for picking up necessities.
The wi-fi access required an extra fee. It seemed a bit unnecessary considering the price of the rooms.

the beautiful king room included l'occitane products. the room looked newly renovated. the bed was comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep after a long day of meetings and travel. i appreciated the attention to detail in the room's design.

The hotel is situated close to several dining options and a tesco express. the kilburn park underground station is within walking distance. the famous abbey road is about a 20 minute walk from the premises. This is a must-see for any music enthusiast.

the staff members were friendly and quite helpful. as a platinum elite member, i received access to happy hour and breakfast in the restaurant because the hotel does not have an executive lounge. this was a real treat and elevated my experience.

clean room comfy bed lovely breakfast distant station luggage storage limited space
the room was clean. the beds were super comfy. i found the breakfast lovely. the location was excellent.
the nearest underground station is not very close. i had to cross two junctions to get there. the hotel could not store big luggage for more than 24 hours. staff said this was due to limited space.
